Proof over promises
Before & after.
A commercial service area photographed before and after cleaning — the kind of buildup that shows up wherever traffic is constant.
Concrete, done properly
The stains smaller machines leave behind.
A quick pass with a rental-grade washer lifts the dust off concrete and calls it clean. Grease, oil and moss soak into the pores of the slab, which is why the grey comes back within weeks. We run truck-mounted heat and volume, a surface cleaner, and the detergent each stain actually needs — degreaser for kitchen grease and vehicle oil, a soft-wash treatment for moss and algae — and we stay on a section until it is gone rather than moving it around.
- Restaurant kitchen grease and hood-vent residue
- Vehicle oil, tire marks and fluid spots
- Moss, algae and mildew staining
- Gum, food and drink spills on walkways
- Exhaust film and soot discoloration
- Rust, fertilizer and mineral streaks
If a slab has been washed before and still looks dirty, that is usually the tell.
